Communication Revolution is 2 days of group and individual interaction intensely addressing one of our most basic, and yet most powerful assets, our language. Communication Revolution is designed with coaches, therapists, trainers and other influencers in mind and applies exercises to the fundamentals- why we communicate, how our resourceful and non-resourceful states affect our communication, and mastering our habitual body language and verbal expressions. This course constructively gives the knowledge needed to break through the unhealthy patterns and inspire real responses in a professional or personal setting. We will address the basic programing of how we sort and process information. Communication Revolution establishes and cultivates skills to identify methods of communication, and how certain features can affect the way any desired message is received, including important strategies unique to each person.
Through the process of Communication Revolution influencers are provided the opportunity to understand and evaluate the state, strategy and desired outcomes of past and present communication, and Communication Revolution gives you the components to reform the methods of self-expression and their interpretation. Communication Revolution also targets the ineffective tactics of communication that are developed over time as part of the STORY people tell themselves, and teaches the essential elements of that STORY so you can actively shift the evolution on these defenses and re-organize the nature of that STORY. All these elements are evaluated and integrated through Communication Revolution in order to logically and effectively challenge the old STORY and experience, ultimately forging a new and energetic model for verbalization and emotional connections. Communication Revolutions goal is to grow within ourselves and appreciate those we want most to communicate with. Communication Revolution is not just about understanding what is said, it is about understanding why we say it, what drives us to feel it, and how it is received. It is about respecting the principles of cause and effect, conquering the fears and doubts behind bad communication, and properly using the art of grammar to truly revolutionize the way individuals and professionals talk, teach, and listen. This weekend will also cover some basic Neuro Linguistic Programming philosophies in regards to communication modeling and mastery.
